The company has a HR department of 10 member team catering to an strength of 300 employees across the globe.

Project Context

The HR team needed a solution to handle routine employee queries efficiently and improve access to HR documents and policies. They sought to reduce manual HR workload and enhance the overall employee experience.

Challenges

The 10-member HR team had to respond to repeated queries from 300+ employees globally. There was no unified, on-demand access to HR documents or policies across the team’s Slack environment.

Solution

SquareShift developed a chatbot using Vertex AI Agent Builder and integrated it with Slack. A secure document store was used to house and retrieve HR content on demand. The bot provided instant responses to common HR queries and links to relevant documents.
