Diwali at SquareShift: where great work starts with happy people

A day of lamps, laughter, dance and gratitude.

Light a lamp, and everyone around you glows

Great work starts with happy people.

We value our peopleCelebrating together builds a team worth belonging to.

We value our communityOur housekeeping and facility team were the guests of honour.

We value hidden talentsDancers, hosts and performers showed a side we rarely see.

The office lights up

Marigold garlands and lamps dressed the office
Colleagues arrived in festive wear
A moment together, away from screens and deadlines

Hidden talents, on the office floor

Two colleagues turned the office floor into a stage
Games and cheering, led by a host in a bright yellow kurta
No deadlines, no deliverables, just talent on show

The people who keep us running

Our housekeeping and facility team keep the office clean, safe and professional
On Diwali, they were the guests of honour
Each person was thanked in person, with a festive gift box

Gifts, and a thank-you for every colleague

Each colleague received a festive gift
Unboxing at desks, with plenty of laughter
A small gesture that says your work and wellbeing are noticed

To everyone who made this Diwali shine

Our people, who bring their best every day
Our housekeeping and facility team, who make this office a place we are proud of
Every colleague who stepped forward and shared a talent

May the festival of lights bring joy and good health to you and your team.
