Accessibility Statement
SquareShift aims to make its public website usable by as many people as practical, including people who use assistive technologies.
SquareShift wants its public website to be usable by visitors with different abilities, devices, browsers, and assistive technologies.
This Accessibility Statement describes our current accessibility posture for the SquareShift website. It is a statement of intent and operating practice, not a claim that every page is fully conformant today.
Scope
This statement applies to the public SquareShift website.
It is focused on current public marketing pages and related website surfaces that SquareShift directly controls.
It does not automatically cover third-party websites, third-party forms, embedded third-party tools, social platforms, cloud provider pages, partner websites, gated systems, archived materials, or documents hosted outside SquareShift control.
Accessibility Reference
SquareShift uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines as a practical reference point for website accessibility review.
We use those guidelines to inform design, content, and development choices where practical for the current site architecture and content.
This statement is not a representation that every page, component, asset, document, or historical item conforms to any specific accessibility standard.
Measures We Take
We aim to improve accessibility through practical website delivery habits.
- Use semantic page structure and meaningful headings.
- Keep navigation and footer links consistent across the site.
- Provide descriptive text for important images where practical.
- Avoid relying on color alone to communicate important meaning.
- Keep text, buttons, forms, and layouts readable on desktop and mobile.
- Use labels, required-field indicators, status messages, and keyboard-operable controls for forms where practical.
- Review new page designs for mobile fit, readability, contrast, clipping, and interaction problems before release.
- Prefer clear language and skimmable structure so content is easier to understand.
Current Limitations
The SquareShift site is being rebuilt from an older website and content estate. Some pages, assets, or imported materials may be outside current accessibility review.
Areas that may fall outside current review include:
- Older imported pages or migrated content with inconsistent heading structure or image descriptions.
- PDF, video, webinar, and gated-resource materials.
- Third-party embedded services, forms, tools, or linked platforms that SquareShift does not control.
- Historical case-study, blog, publication, or event content retained for reference.
- Interactive form and gated-asset flows that depend on external systems or infrastructure changes.
SquareShift may update this statement as the website changes and as practical review work continues.
Feedback And Assistance
If you experience an accessibility barrier on the SquareShift website, you may contact us through the SquareShift contact page.
Useful details include:
- The page URL.
- A description of the issue.
- The browser, device, or assistive technology you were using, if you are comfortable sharing it.
- The content or task involved.
Feedback helps us understand practical issues that may affect future website improvements.
Content Formats
Some publications, gated resources, case-study materials, webinar materials, videos, PDFs, and archived website content may not be available in every format.
SquareShift considers format-related feedback in light of the content, age of the material, business context, and systems involved.
Ongoing Improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing practice, not a one-time page.
As SquareShift continues rebuilding the website, accessibility review may inform page production, design review, form testing, and launch readiness where practical.
